I have gambled on countless of rounds of 21. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost a lot of money at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this method! And a number of days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you notice betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar table.
Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first 10 dollar bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Wager 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of $160
Wager $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you left at this point you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
